There is an agreement with FFG for a delay between when sets are fully available for this. The new sets are sensored only showing the top half of the card. For the text you need to refer to your own cards (or one of the sites that maintains a card text database). These are all LCG only.

Newbie question about limited/location cards - posted in Game of Thrones Rules Questions: I apologize if this has been answered, I spent hours searching the forums last night and maybe Im just too new to card games in general to understand this. I played Vampire like 15 years ago, thats pretty much the extent of my experience. We are playing the two-player game. These questions are about the Game of Thrones was also good. The first edition had its problems but the second was excellent. Up until the moment they started printing one overpowered card after another and the game stopped being about building a good, balanced deck and started being about who managed to play their overpowered card first. We stopped playing at that point.
